Need help identifying hinge

Question

I believe this is a silverline window. I need the hinge mechanism. The crank is good. Im not sure if its all one piece or seperate items.

Thanks for posting, Gary. I don't think your exact hinge isn't made anymore, but you can use our 36-048 as a replacement as long as you change the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.
