Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 351 or our Series 390.
Now, as you can see, the only difference between these two Series is their bottom shoe. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Wish they would number them differently on the unit itself so that 1540 can only be one particular measurement... either 15-001 or 15-002 Not sure what I'm looking for. Thanks anyway.

The stamp only tells you how strong the spring is, so it's not the best thing to use to locate a replacement. Once you measure your shoes, just compare them to the image below to determine which is closer.

Great! If the 1-1/8" shoe isn't correct, you could try grinding it down to size.
