Need help identifying channel balance

Question

Can you please from looking at the attached pic what parts I should order for my broken channel balance windows. The length of my channel is 27". From looking at the series 380 and 385 it looks like I have a 19-905 top with 15-002 bottom? Thanks, Vio

Thanks for posting! The replacement window balance you need is our S395-27 with the 2640 option.
