Need help identifying or finding alternate replacement

Windows are exterior crestline casement windows replaced anywhere in the mid 1990s to early 2000s. Weatherstrip has a foam bulb. Rough dimensions are 5/8" total length, 1/4" width (foam), base extension (insert) 1/4". If you need additional information. Please let me know

Thanks for posting. How does our 58-056E Foam Seal compare? See the end profile dimensions below, measure your old seal, and let me know if this seems close or if anything differs.
