Need help identifying parts .

Question

There are no numbers located on any parts. The rod is 28" from metal to metal. There is a color tip on one end, appears to be orange but could be faded red.
'The windows are old aluminum windows installed new in new construction in 1980.

Hello there. The Spiral Balance appears to be either the S600-28 or S900-28, depending on the outer tube diameter. In either case choose a Red Tip. If you need a new pivot bar or pivot shoe, we'll need you to remove undamaged version of both and send us photos. For the pivot shoe we'll also need the width and thickness of the shoe.
