Need help identifying parts

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we can't be sure of what you need with the hardware still installed. It also looks like you have a broken pivot bar due to rust. We'll need to see an intact pivot bar removed from the other side or an identical window to narrow down your options. 

If you need new pivot shoes and spiral balances as well, we'll need to see those parts removed as well. Once that's done, we'll also need you to write out the width and thickness of the shoe, along with the length and diameter of the spiral balance tube.
