Need help identifying parts and instructions

Hi I'd like a part number and replacement instructions if possible. Seems to have been broken by window cleaner but they won't admit to it.

Thanks for reaching out. The part you are searching for is a channel balance.

To identify the proper replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the entire balance removed from the window. I am especially looking to see the attachments from the balance.

Since the window is closed and the balance channel is removable, it is likely the attachment is still connected to the bottom of the window. You'll need to tilt the window in towards you and remove the sash to expose and remove the attachment.

It is extremely important to see that bottom shoe as well as the clip attached to the top of the balance so that we can make sure to recommend the correct replacements.
