Hey there, I had no problem identifying my pivot bar as the 26-226 as they had snapped and were removable.
This is my pivot shoe. The channel depth seems to be around 5/8, width around 1 1/2 and height about 2 inches.
Need help identifying pivot shoe

It's tough to make out what kind of shoe you have based on this photo. Your measurements also don't seem to match any of our products; 1-1/2", for instance, is very, very large when it comes to pivot shoes.
I would recommend removing it before you measure, that way you can be 100% sure what your dimensions are. In the meantime, my first thought was our 15-188. This may be worth considering but it is going to come down to the width and thickness.

Thanks Tom. I'll try to get one out in the next couple of days. I watched a video about cutting the top end of the far side of the channel to remove and replace them. Doesn't seem like it should be much of an issue to get it out.

That's quite alright! Looking at these photos, I do believe that our 15-188 is going to be our best option.
