Need help identifying pivot shoe

Greetings! I think we will be able to help with this, but we'll need a little more information first. Please measure the width and thickness of the shoe along with a picture of your pivot shoe and pivot bar attached to the sash that it goes into. If the other shoe is in better condition, please include that one in the new photo.
