Need help identifying replacement channel balances

A home owner from Hayward CA says:
I have channel balances that are broken and need to be replaced. the numbers are slightly faded, but it looks like it says either:

25 5 IW CMC 11

or

26 5 IW CMC 11

The I may be a T...they're faded.

The channel balance is 27" long, and has what looks to have your 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom pieces on.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

A home owner from Hayward CA says:
the bottom piece is 1" deep and 7/8" wide

the top is 7/8" wide and extends up almost 3/4" from the metal piece
A home owner from Hayward CA says:
Actually the measurements are more like 15/16...I just measured with calipers. Sorry

Thanks for posting. If your bottom nylon fitting is 1" deep, then I'd recommend our Series 380 channel balance. If they're 27" long, then the stamp probably reads "26 5," in which case I'd recommend our 2650 option.
A home owner from Hayward CA says:
Paul,

Thanks for the link, but the first one is a 1/2" wide channel balance, these are definately 3/8" wide balances, with 15/16" wide hardware (the legs that stick out are 15/16" wide, not the nylon body).

Do you have a link to the 2650 series? when I click on window hardware->balances->non-tilting->3/8", I only see series 800 and 810.

Thanks.

I do not believe you have a 3/8" wide balance. The style I see in your pictures is definitely that of a 1/2" balance. I highly recommend measuring your metal channel as carefully as possible. I've seen a million of these balances and every one that is designed like yours has a 1/2" metal channel. Nobody makes 3/8" wide channels like this.
A home owner from Hayward CA says:
Dissregard i measured the two connectors, the bottom one is 1.09" which comes out to 3/32, so it's 27-inch/pd/Series-385-Channel-Balances/S385-27

thank you for your help!
