Need help identifying sash balancer part

I'm trying to find out which sash balancer I need for an old Andersen hung window. The number on it is S4 1027 10-R7.

Thanks for writing in. See our 24-1033. This can replace old Andersen Balances stamped 1027. Let me know if you have further questions.
