Need help identifying shoe for single hung tilt vinyl window

Question

HI. See attached four images. These shoes will take your S600-29 spiral balances perfectly. Was installing them today and broke a shoe. I don't see anything quite like it on your website.

2" Long, 1.25" wide, 9/16 deep.

I didn't take any pictures of it in the window, sorry. Let me know if you would prefer I sent you the part itself for identification. Also, windows are 28 years old but I couldn't find a mfg name or number on any of them.

Hi, thanks for contacting our Discussion board. I've seen this shoe before. In the past, we have recommend our 15-015. Please double check your dimensions and see if this can work as a replacement.
