"31858" is located on the arm

The arm stamped with "31858" is the hinge. We can definitely help with this. I recommend the 36-048 pair; these don't match your old hinge exactly, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then you should be okay. The video below should also be of some help to you.
