Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351, 15-002, or S390, 15-001, channel balance. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need to know the weight of your sash in order to choose the correct option.

Hello,
I have attached pictures of the because I can't tell the difference between 15-001 and 15-002.
The Sach 2920 weights 15 pounds and the 2940 27 pounds.

Thanks for the photos, Rigo! Unfortunately, the appearance of the attachments isn't what makes the difference, so I can't tell for sure just by looking. If I had to guess, your shoe looks bigger, so maybe it's 15-001, but who knows! You can measure the bottom of the shoe, as shown above, to check. Is your shoe 1-1/8" from front to back, or 1"? Pick whichever one matches what you have.

As for those weights, it looks like you can use 2920 and 2940 for the two different windows, just like you said. 2920 holds 12 to 16 pounds, and 2940 holds 23 to 28 pounds.
