Need help identifying this balance please

Thanks for reaching out to us! I am confident we can supply you with the correct replacement this balance but to confirm the correct configuration, I'll need to confirm a few details.

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the spring and pulley system, where the spring and string meet at the center of the balance. Since this balance has fallen apart, it may be a good idea to look for a balance that still has the spring installed in it.

I'll also need to know the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.
