Thanks for writing in! Your casement operator looks like it could possibly be the 39-331 E-Z Straight Arm Operator; the opposite handed version is the 39-332. To determine if this might be the best possible replacement, take a look over the dimensions and compare them.

These operators use the 39-152 Andersen Classic Operator Cover and the 39-267 Andersen Classic Handle.
