Hi there! You could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a spring strength option of 2920.

Hi Emily , I measured the shoe (bottom attachment) as directed on your post and it actually measures less than 1 inch. Please see attached photo. Please advise if the 380 is still the correct option.

It's possible that either your shoe was once 1" and wore down over time, or that your shoe is instead the 15-029, which is only 7/8" deep. However, it's hard to get accurate measurements from pictures. Can you write out the measurement that you're getting for your bottom shoe?

If you do have the 15-029, then we will need to custom make your balance, since it doesn't come standard on any of our Series. I just want to confirm that measurement first.
