Need help identifying tilt window pivot shoes

Hi, I'm trying to refurbish multiple windows in the same house with basically the same windows.  Almost all of the pivot shoes are broken except for one.  I have not had any luck finding replacements.  Please help.

I recommend looking at our 15-015 pivot shoe to start out, but I highly recommend reviewing our dimensions to ensure that they match up. You will have to remove an undamaged version of your shoe to confirm that they align.
