Need help identifying top sash guide

Question

I'm unable to find anything that looks close to the top sash guides I have. Almost all I see have an angled lower end but mine is square. Perhaps an angled would work as long as the holding lip was at the correct place.

Here's hoping my pictures will be helpful and you can assist me with the right part.

This looks a lot like our 18-174 top sash guide. I believe this would be a good match. Unfortunately, we only have it in black.
