Need help identifying top tilt windows barber & ross

Question

Hello,
I have some barber & ross windows that need some fixing. I just had several washes replaced and while installing them a few of the track pieces failed on me. Likely do to me installing the windows wrong.

I'm looking for suggestions on parts and/or help finding a path ahead if I can't find exact replacements. I don't have the tools to get the pieces out yet. Also these windows were purchased in Virginia around 2001.

Thanks for writing in. Your photos show pictures of your spiral balance, as well as your pivot shoes. If you need to replace your pivot shoes, this might be an older version of our 15-178, but you'll need to remove your shoe from the window track and measure the width and thickness to see if it matches. See the video below for our 'cutout' method of removing pivot shoes. If you need to replace the spiral balances also, we'll need to see them out of the window. The length of the outer tube, not including or beyond the colored tip, as well as the diameter of that tube, will be needed. Many thanks.
