Need help identifying which parts to order

I have a window that has a broken spring or pulley system The the top window will not stay in place. It will fall if not supported so I need to replace some parts. Can you help me identify what parts I would need?

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. This system is called a channel balance. We sell a ton of varieties, but I cannot identify what you have based on these photos alone.

To move forward, you need to remove a whole and undamaged balance; you can use the other side of the window, or an identical window in the house. Then you need to show me a clear photo of the top end, bottom end, and whatever shoe, clip, or attachments you see. These could be at the end of the cord or installed in the balance itself.

These components are very important when it comes to identifying the right match, which is why we need to see one in good condition. If they're broken off or missing, we can't help.
