Need help identifying which series

Hi there, I need help identifying which series or model this window balance is in order to get a replacement. This is from a non-tilt vinyl window and it is a half inch wide

Hello there. Please compare tot he S380-15 or S385-15. The only difference between these two channel balances is the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp choose 1460.
