Window Balance 28 3 AX CMC

I need help identifying a replacement balance for my channel balance. My old channel balance has 28 3 AX CMC on it.

This is an S395-29 channel balance. You may need "2830" as a weight option, but you can only determine that by weighing your window sash. See what you think of this recommendation before making any purchases.
