Need help identifying window balance replacement

I need to find a replacement for my window channel balance. I've included pictures below. The markings say 26-5 RM BSIN. The length is 27 inches.

Sure, take a look at our S795-27. This looks like it could be a good match. It also looks like your cam is open, so see the 15-195B. This is sold separately, but you can just pop it on the S795-27 once you receive it. Finally, I would recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm the proper stamp option.
