Need help identifying window balance replacement part

This is for a plastic part on a double hung vinyl window balancer. The actual window balance block and tackle looks fine, but the plastic "shoe" at the bottom end is broken. I am unable to find any identifying markings for the window manufacturer, although I have included an image of the stamp on the balancer itself, along with images of the broken plastic piece. Any ideas on what replacement part I need? I have multiple windows with this issue, so would LOVE to figure out how to resolve it.
