Need help identifying window crank

A quick learner says:
I have attached several
Photos of a window crank from house with four tier louvre window build in 19608

The screw hole is tiny probably close to 3/8
Others we tried had much bigger screw/bushing hole

Could you help us identifying maybe

Thanks for writing in. It's a bit difficult to say without dimensions. Can you confirm the diameter of the hole at the end of the link arm? To my eye it looks smaller than 3/8", in which case I'd want you to start by looking at the 39-017 and 39-016 Pan Am Operators; but go over all the dimensions and let me know how these differ in any way.
