Hi! I need to replace the window balance sash. These are the identifying markings. It says 2430F but I've tried google and this site and can't find a match.

Hey there!

We can help with this. It appears you have the S351-25 or S390-25 channel balances. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best fit. I also recommend the 2430 stamp option for your replacements.

Hi! So I purchased this and it arrived today. And it was too big! By an inch to be exact. The 24" is definitely the better option

That's very odd. Your 2430 stamp indicates the metal channel should measure 25" long. If the metal channel is 24" though, you would have to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the new proper stamp option since your old stamp won't match up. There's a chart under the S351-24 and S390-24 product description that will tell you what option to select based on the sash weight.
