Need help in identifying window balance part

Question

Hello, I have 5 windows (15+ old) that won't stay up when opened. One window the channel balance part fell out so I was able to capture the attached photos. The part is 33".

hanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-33 or S385-33 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the diagram below for reference. In either case, choose 3230 for a new stamp option.
