Your pivot shoe appears to be an older version of our 15-180, which is designed to use the Series 190 coil springs. Your original coils should have stamp codes on them that you'll use to choose the corresponding strength option. Review the specifications shown on our product pages to confirm they match up to yours. We've also related a few videos on this page to help you through the process. Thanks for posting!
