Need help on which series to select

Thanks for posting! Your window balances look similar to quite a few different balances we supply. To narrow down the options, I'll need to see a photo of the bracket that attaches the pulley and string to balance spring. Please also confirm the stamp from the metal channel of the balance.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your window balances can be replaced with either the S380-27 or the S385-27. You'll need to measure the depth of your shoe to confirm which of these is the correct fit for your repairs.

The 2650 stamp option will support a sash weighing 26 to 30lbs; it may be a good idea to check that your sash weight falls between this range.
