Need help ordering replacement sash balances

I have 2 different kinds of windows in my house with broken sash balances.

they are stamped BSI 20 3 and BSI 26 4

Attached are pics - i have more but it seems like the plastic end pieces are the same for each window - only the size is different.

We can replace these balances, yes. Can you just confirm how many of each balance (20-3 and 26-4) you need? Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote.

Are the purchase links that you sent for balances that include everything as shown on the pictures that I uploaded? To include channel balances and the top and bottom plastic parts?
