Need help removing the Anderson screen door from the track

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues! I'll do my best to describe the process.
The first step is to adjust the bottom rollers down by using the side adjustment screws. This will lower the door in the frame enough to give you clearance for removal.
After the screen door is lowered, carefully use a tool like a flat putty knife to lift the door up and off of the bottom track.
It won't pop out by hand, so prying it out with a tool is necessary. Just be careful not to damage the frame or track. I recommend that you place the tool under the bottom rollers to help the wheels get over the track.
During all this, I would also recommend that you have someone hold the screen door while you try to remove it from the track. That way the screen door does not pop out and fall on you. It happens more often than you'd think!
