Need help replacing balance(s)

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. I think we can help you replace these, but first, do you have any other of these balances available that are undamaged? I want to make sure we can identify the nylon attachments properly. If you could photograph these from an undamaged version of the same balance, that would be most helpful. Thanks.

It will be very hard for us to identify what you have. Series is determine by the style and size of the nylon attachments on either end of the metal channel. Your top attachment is broken, so we cannot determine what it is. This is an important detail. Without being able to narrow it down further, all I can recommend is looking at our complete selection of 1/2" wide channel balances for non-tilt windows here.
