Need help replacing spiral balance

Thank you for your patience in this matter. This plastic attachment has been discontinued, and is no longer available. However, you should still be able to get something that works. Please take a look at our Series 500 spiral balance section and choose the appropriate length. Keep in mind that this measurement is based on the length of your metal tube only.

Then, you could use a bracket like our 17-012 to go under the sash. You should also take a look at our 67-002 screw-on face guide to see if this will work for you.
