Need help replacing weather strip

This is for a patio door. the existing strip is vinyl/hard plastic and no screws or nails were used. it slipped into the gap in the frame to attach. I'm looking for something similar in design. Easy to install but better seal. This seems like a cheap seal.
I tried to install to frame a metal style with screws however my patio door wouldn't shut so I removed.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
