Need help to Identify window

Hi,

I am looking for a replacement for the operator portion of a very old Truth window. I believe it was installed in the 80's and the operator looks to be stripped now. I have added some pictures of the operator unit with some numbers I found on the parts.

Two of the entire unit installed and uninstalled.

Another is of the base of crank area. The number on part is 45002.

One is of the arms. The Patent Number is 345767.

And lastly, one is of the length of unit when in close position. 21.5"

Thanks for your help on identifying this part. Any help appreciated.
