Thanks for posting. Before I can confirm what Series channel balance you have, I'll have to figure out what your bottom shoe is. Please look at the measurements for our 15-001 and 15-002 bottom shoes and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-1/8" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which measurement more closely resembles your own shoe?

Please also tell me the length of the metal channel. Do not include the plastic attachments in this measurement.
A quick learner from San Jose, Ca. says:
Hi Paul,

The bottom shoes measure 1-1/8 so it looks like the 15-001 is the correct one. Also the lenth without the plastic attachments measures 20 inches.

the stamp has 19 5 DP Caldwell on one and 19 9 on the other one that is from a little larger window in another room. Both have the same shoes only the stamp number is different. so I will need 2 of each as follows qty 2 of the 19 5 and qty 2 of the 19 9. thanks for you help.

Thanks for getting back to us. Now, it looks like you have our S390-20 channel balance for both windows. For the stamp 19 5, you'd select our 1950 option. However, 19 9 does not correspond to any option that we have. I will need to know the weight of that window sash in order to tell you the correct stamp.

Once we have determined all the parts you need, you can place the order directly on our main site.
