Need help to get a replacement pivot point for my window

A quick learner from North Charleston, SC says:
I have a window with both pivot points that are broken/shattered into multiple pieces. This is a picture from a sister window. The piece appears to be made out of metal that connects to the spiral ballast and holds/houses a pot metal pivot point. The pot metal is what broke.

Hello there!

It can be hard to say from this photo alone but I suspect you may have something like our 15-188 or 15-178 depending on the thickness of your original. Remove your old one from the window and compare the dimensions to see which one is the best match.
