Need help to identify part

Question

This window lock came broken on a Tafco casement window. I think it matches this part Maxim Multi-Point Lock, Medium Slider
Product Code: 38-095.

Our broken part is 4-5/8" long, 3-13/16" from center of screw hole to center of screw hole. The fork sticking out is 7/8" wide from outside of prong to outside of prong and it extends out 1-1/4"

Can you confirm this is the correct part or let me know which one is?

Thanks for posting. Yes, based on everything you're reporting, the 38-095 sounds absolutely correct. The best way to know for sure is to measure the projection of the fork, but starting at the inside 'lip' of the base. If this measurement comes out to 1-5/8", go with the 38-095. See the diagram below for reference. Let me know what you find.
