Need help to identify part

Quick Learner from Utah
I am trying to find replacement springs for a Millgard Window. I have more photos if needed. I have no photos of the spring in original position as it was broke and out of place when I first got to job site. I am in Utah and window is in Washington State. Trying to fix window for my 96 yr old aunt.

I need to replace the channel balances. I can't find the weight of the window. The current channel balance has 24 3 FP CALDWELL stamped on it. The overall lenght of the metal track is 25".

Hey there. See the S380-25 or S385-25 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 2430.

The shoe on mine measures 1" so I guess I need the S380. I didn't understand what you meant about choosing 2430 for a stamp option.

If you click on the S380-25 Shop page, you'll see that to purchase it you need to select a stamp option. The stamp designates the strength of the balance. Your old balance was stamped 24-3. So in our system you choose 2430 (for a balance that can support a sash in the weight range of 15 through 15 pounds). I hope that makes sense.
