The word "truth" is seen on the bottom right of this split arm operator

Thanks for posting! There are a few different Truth hardware operators that have a base similar to yours. To determine the best replacement, I'll also need to see the arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging sash.

Is this sufficient to tell how the arms are attached? Unfortunately the window frame covers how the arms are attached to the gears

Thanks for the photos! This window operator reminds me of the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator; the opposite handed version is the 39-031. Take a look over the dimensions below to confirm that this is the right replacement.
