Need help to identify window balance

Hello! Looks like you have a 1/2" wide non-tilt window channel balance with a 19-005 top attachment, but the bottom attachment appears to be missing. This is one of the most important parts of identifying a balance Series. Would the balance on the other side of the window still have its shoe? If not, do you have an identical window elsewhere in the house that does? That will make identifying what you need a lot easier!

Thanks! There are two possible Series this may be, and the difference lies in the depth of the shoe. See our Series 380 , which has a shoe depth of 1", and our Series 385 with a shoe depth of 1-3/32". Measure your hardware to see which is closer!
