Need help to identify and locate window part

Hoping you can help - not sure name brand of window - but double hung style and 3 windows are dropping. I was able to fix one by reinserting into this part but the other 2 windows have this part broken.

Do you have a replacement part or know the name of it so Iif you don't have it, i could search with more information?

Take a look at our 15-180 Pivot Shoe. I believe this is what you're looking for, but compare the dimensions and see what you think.

Thanks - yes, that's right but also want to send these two pictures - not sure if I need other parts like the springs? Do these pictures reveal enough info? I'll be at the house in the morning so can get any more pictures, etc needed to order the correct parts.

We are selling this home and these 3 windows are on the home inspection punch list to repair so need to fix ASAP.

Sure, that tells us a lot. To be honest, if your springs aren't damaged then you can reuse them, but just to be on the safe side I'll go over everything I see in these photos. Start with our 15-180 shoe of course, as well as our Series 190 coil spring, 15-182 bushing, and 15-186 clip. You can also use our 33-072 screw to install these in your window.

If you do need a new spring, you'll need the stamp off the old one to determine the right option.
