Need help to pick the correct replacement balance

Quick Learner from Toronto
The part has "30C" stamped on it. It just slid out on its own when I opened the window and then the other side was loose so I pulled it out. One side had a broken string so that was the failure point. I imagine many other windows in the home (it's 25 years old) may fail at some point as well. The window is 'non-tilt' style. Photos are attached. It's dimensions are: 31" long, 1/2" wide, 5/8" deep (metal part), with the plastic bits is a bit longer than 31".

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance looks like a match for the S350-31. This comes attached with a wingless top fitting and a winged 1-3/32" deep shoe. Review the specifications and see if they match your repair needs.

The 30C stamp may translate to the 3030 stamp option for a sash weighing 16 to 23 pounds, but it'd be best to weigh the window sash on a scale to confirm whether it falls within this range.
