Need help to understand what Spiral balances I need

Question

The metal tube of the balance is 22 inch long, the plastic on the end of the tube looks white and the tube appears to be 6/16.

Hello! If your tube is 3/8" in diameter then my first recommendation is our S900-22. Just note that this is specifically for tilt windows. If your window is non-tilt then the S900-22 will not work.

If that's the case, photos of an undamaged version of your balance would allow us to look into it for you. Otherwise I think the above product is a good place to start.
