Need help with Replacement window channel

A quick learner from NJ says:
I have two windows that are not able to move up as it was locked for a long time. When i forced it to move up, i guess broke one of top guide on the window. Also, the channel balance looks need replacement. Based on the model/type number, it shows 2740 ( 28-inch/pd/Series-370-Channel-Balances/S370-28 ). Please confirm. I will attach the pic of that.
I have few pic of window top guide as well but not able to identify what type of top guide i need. Attaching pic.

The top sash guide resembles our 18-113, but it's hard to tell. You will need to compare our dimensions to yours. As for the S370-28, I cannot confirm if this is what you have. All I can see is the stamp. The only way to confirm if the S370-28 is a match is to compare our pictures and dimensions to your hardware.
