Need help with broken dresser drawer hardware. Part !

Good morning.  I have two dressers with a lot of the drawer guides broken, has hardware I'm not familiar with.  The plastic pieces are broken on the back of the drawers themselves, as well as on the dresser frame side.  Hopefully you have the exact match haha, but if you don't, what a possible replacement could be.  I have uploaded the max 5 pictures but will upload another 5 after I send this message.
