Need help with correct part

Home Owner from New Jersey

Hello,

I have a window with 2 crank panes. I only have one correct cover and crank. I included pictures of the correct cover and crank for reference. I also included pictures of this correct crank installed on the window. I am trying to purchase the correct cover and crank for the right side. I included a picture of the part I purchased that was very similar, but was slightly too small and also had a different crank design. Please help me find the correct part.

Thank you

I'm afraid that the 39-375 that you purchased is the best match that we have for the hardware in your photos.

Our part is designed to work on Truth Encore operators, which appears to be what you have. Can you go into more precise detail as to the difference between your older cover and ours?

Thank you for your response and help.
As described on the photo, the replacement I purchased is SLIGHTLY smaller then the correct cover. The cover does not click into place because it is too small. Also, the crank handle does not slide onto the post. It is also
Slightly too small to fit on the post.

The window as purchased custom made and new this year from a supplier. It was delivered with only one handle though

Please help

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. What I'm asking for is exact dimensions; in your case, I need the exact size of the old cover and the exact diameter of the hole that fits over the post. In the case of our 39-375, this is 5-11/32" wide and has an 11/32" diameter hole. What are these dimensions for your own part?

Please be as precise as possible. In this case, estimations will not be enough for us to work off of.

Ok I just took some photos to show the correct part. Please let me know if you need any other info. In the picture of both, the larger is the correct size.
Thank you!

Thank you! These pictures are a huge help. I think I know just what this is, but it is an uncommon part. Please give us a little more time to check on its availability and I'll get back to you ASAP.
