Need help with exact match please.

Quick Learner from Knoxville, Tn
There are several choices on your sight that look very close.
The closest item I see without investing too much time is the RH 3/8" hole item # 39-194. Is there a way to tell the exact match?
I sent a photo along of the only writing on the inside of the crank. It reads: I H co. 790 (as best as I can tell).
Thank you for any help with this!

Thanks for writing in. With Awning Operators, it is most important to see if match the amount of screw holes on the top and bottom of the operator, the distance between them, as well as the size of the hole in the link arm. The offset, as seen in your operator, is also important, so I can see why you thought the 39-194 was a possible match. It looks like to me your operator has two screw holes on top, although it's a bit hard to tell; if so, then I don't think the 39-194 is correct. Don't worry about the actual length of the link arm too much unless it's very far off; there is usually some play with that when it comes to these sort of operators. If you need help, show us clear pictures of the back of your operator, removed from the window, and provide the dimensions I cited above.
