Hello I am unable to find the part I need based on the attached photos. I need the coil balancer as well as the shoe, so both parts in the pictures. The measurements i took are 1.5 in for height and 3/4 in for width.

Sure, that would be our 15-192 pivot shoe and Series 170 coil spring. You can reuse your old cover, but just in case you can't, see our 15-156 cover and 15-157 drum.
